It is considered one of the more rapid methods of detoxification due to the reduced food intake and absence of solid food. Juicing floods your system with nutrients and antioxidants. This may be your first step towards a lifestyle change or jump starting a weight-loss regime and healthier eating habits but ultimately a healthier body, mind and soul.

2-3 Days Before:

Phase out coffee, sugar, meat, dairy, alcohol and wheat to reduce headaches and hunger cravings. Up your intake on raw vegetable salads and lightly steamed vegetables. You may also want to take this time to rid your kitchen of any food or beverages that might tempt you during your detox.


During The Detox:

Start your day with warm water and lemon & a ginger shot. Ginger improves the absorption of essential nutrients in the body, combats stomach discomfort and strengthens your immunity. Drink your 6 juices in 2 hour increments. Make sure to drink lots of water.

To enhance relaxation during your detox have warm baths with Epsom salts. Your body will require more resting time as well as sufficient sleep, we suggest to do a detox over a weekend as you will have plenty of time to rest and take your ‘power naps’ during the day.   We recommend a 100% juice cleanse, if however you need to eat during your detox, choose organic fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds.
